Dave and his team absolutely rock! They delivered and set up a large party tent, tables, and chairs for a charity event hosted by the bank I work for, and everything was handled flawlessly. The team was enthusiastic,,,
I’ve rented from Golden Rentals for both personal and business needs and I can’t say enough about the variety of inventory and the value of the rentals, but ultimately I rent here because of the level of customer service and care their team provides from start to finish. Their willingness to work with the customer to accommodate delivery and pickup times, address issues immediately and ultimately ensure complete customer satisfaction is second to none. It truly is unlike any other rental store.
Golden Rentals is my go to for equipment rentals from small power tools to excavators, front loaders, floor sanders and more.
They have all the latest machinery and it is always in good working condition when I pick it up to use.
Dave and his staff are very professional and give you a thorough demonstration and make solid recommendations of use.
As a bonus, they have the best propane refill prices in the area.
Dave at Golden Rentals is awesome. The rentals are always in great working order, the pricing is fair, and if you do have a scheduling problem, Dave works with you. My company uses Golden Rentals as our 1st and only choice for rentals. Great Locally owned company.
Golden Rentals is the best place hands down in the area for anything you need. From tools, to party needs, to heavy equipment, they have it all , & more importantly, when you need it, unlike other places I’ve gone too. They also have propane if you need it in a pinch!! The owner & his crew are great as well!!
I was able to last minute rent a bounce house for my godson’s wild jungle theme party today. The bounce house has palm trees to match the theme, is good quality, and a reasonable price. I was very happy to get a rental last minute (although I am the one to blame for poor planning). Party came together well due to Golden Rentals!
Great rental experience, rented a plate compactor for a small job, it worked great and the staff was very helpful. I’ll be back!
It’s always great when a business does a great job, but the bigger indication of what a business is all about is when things go sideways. I had two issues with their equipment, one was a things happen failure and they handled that very well, the second was when I damaged their equipment. Dave was concerned about his equipment, as he should be, but I was blown away by the fact that his bigger concern seemed to be the status of the job I rented the equipment to do. He worked with me and bent over backwards to make sure I got done what I needed to. I don’t leave reviews, good or bad, but I felt compelled to say thank you to the crew at Golden Rentals for having the integrity and intentionality to serve the customer to a degree you wish every business would have.
I rented a sound system for my dad’s wedding. My dad got concerned he wouldn’t be able to figure it out the morning of the wedding. I called golden rentals and spoke with Dave who was more than happy to let us try it out a few days early so my dad would be comfortable with it on his big day! They truly work with you here!
