It’s always great when a business does a great job, but the bigger indication of what a business is all about is when things go sideways. I had two issues with their equipment, one was a things happen failure and they handled that very well, the second was when I damaged their equipment. Dave was concerned about his equipment, as he should be, but I was blown away by the fact that his bigger concern seemed to be the status of the job I rented the equipment to do. He worked with me and bent over backwards to make sure I got done what I needed to. I don’t leave reviews, good or bad, but I felt compelled to say thank you to the crew at Golden Rentals for having the integrity and intentionality to serve the customer to a degree you wish every business would have.
