Our Event & Party Rental Policy

When you rent from Golden Rentals, we have a transparent rental policy to make things easier for our customers. This is what you can expect:

You need a non-refundable 50% deposit to reserve items. The balance is due one week before delivery, or when the customer picks up the items. We accept cash, business checks, and major credit cards. If you need to cancel, regardless of weather conditions or a change of plans, you will receive a credit from us for the full value of the deposit, which can be used towards future rentals.

Our prices do not include tax, damage waiver, delivery, or setup. You may have additional charges for special requests or circumstances. Prices may change without notice.

The delivery cost is based on the distance from our store to your location. We can offer you a quote so you know the exact cost.
